Parker Ito's work has been exhibited in various museums and institutions, including the Musée d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris; Times Museum, Guangzhou; ICA, London and IMO Gallery, Copenhagen.

Before exhibiting in galleries, Ito established JstChillin in 2009, an online curatorial platform. JstChillin was active through 2011 and exists now as an archive.
